Today, head to the bustling Geylang Market located in the heart of the Malaysian community to sample delicious Malay and Indian cuisine. From stands to stalls, savor traditional Singaporean dishes such as Roti Prata and Thosai with a glass of Teh Tarik. If you’re lucky, you’ll be able to watch some of the Popiah masters stand on hot grates spinning dumplings in the air to make fresh spring rolls. An original way to immerse yourself in this unique culture!
Start your tour through the cultural districts of Singapore by admiring the Historical Parliament and the National Art Gallery, before continuing to the Singapore River, where you will visit the Merlion, Singapore’s national icon. Your itinerary continues through Singapore’s Chinatown district, where you discover the rich heritage of the area. Here, you will have the chance to explore one of the oldest and most picturesque Hindu temples in the city.
